Prof. David Ziemba is an associate faculty member teaching law in the School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University Indianapolis and is also a senior deputy prosecutor serving the citizens of Marion County in Indiana. He has served in a number of other public service roles including as an aide in the United States Senate, and has developed experience as a government relations consultant.
A life-long musician, Prof. Ziemba performs on clarinet and drum set, having studied music and political science at DePauw University in Indiana. There, he earned a bachelor arts degree and directed the Tiger Pep Band, which under his leadership was recognized by the NCAA as the number one band in Division III athletics for two consecutive seasons. He went on to earn his law degree at University at University of Dayton.
Prof. Ziemba is extremely active, providing volunteer support and leadership to the Crossroads of America Council of the Boy Scouts of America as well as to DePauw University's alumni council. As secretary-treasurer of the board of Sound Curiosity, he provides his expert analysis, contributing to our strategy for building the strongest community education organization.
